Learn MoreCoco Lin 連翊希 is a 2020 Tokyo Fencing Olympian. She began fencing at the age of 11 and won the bronze medal in the team competition with her teammates at the 2014 Incheon Asian Games. She graduated at Diocesan Girls' College Hong Kong & in 2017 at HKU with a Bachelor of Arts (Landscape Architecture). Instead of becoming a professional landscape architect, she chose to be a full-time athlete receiving training from Hong Kong Sports Institute. Besides the daily routine training, she has various hobbies such as photography, wakesurfing, reading in cafe, ceramics making. She spends a lot of her spare time playing with her poodle Fut Fut.
Theo Chan 陳銘泰 is a Hong Kong track and field athlete specializing in long jump. He has broken the Hong Kong men's long jump record many times since 2013. He is presently the Hong Kong record holder at 8.12m set at Hong Kong Championships in 2016. Historically he is the second athlete to represent Hong Kong in the Olympic long jump event. He studied at Diocesan Boys' College, graduated from HKU majoring in Finance and now a full-time athlete at Hong Kong Sports Institute. His interest in sports started early. Apart from his own sport, he also acquired knowledge in ballet, trampoline, and triathlon, enough to act as host and commentator in broadcasting of various international competitions. His other hobbies are gardening, photography, meditation etc and he is also a dog lover!
Chan Pui Kei Chloe 陳佩琦 graduated from Good Hope School where she earned the reputation of "flying" female in athletes. Her major disciplines are 100 metres, 200 metres & 4x100 metres relay. She is currently a 3rd year BA student at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Since 2015 she has represented Hong Kong in Asian and World-class competitions and won numerous awards. In 2020, she had the honour of being a commentator in track and field events in the Tokyo Olympic games for Hong Kong Cable TV. On a more personal side , Pui Kei can be described as a veritable "cat slave" keeping 4 cute cats at home.
Yoyo Ng 吳芷柔 graduated from Heep Yun Secondary School and is currently studying her Bachelor of Education program at The Education University of Hong Kong. She started practicing badminton at the age of 5 due to the influence from her uncle. Her strength are Women's singles, Women's doubles and Mixed doubles, and the highest world ranking was 28th. In 2013, she started playing doubles with her teammate Yeung Nga Ting Lianne, specializing in controlling the ball in front of the net to compensate for her teammates' blind spot. In August 2014, she represented Hong Kong in the Youth Olympic Games. During the competition, she was selected to partner with a Malaysian player playing in mixed doubles . She knockout rounds ranking top in that group, and made it all the way to the finals, eventually won the gold medal. This laid the path for her present focus on Women's doubles and Mixed doubles. Besides sports, Yoyo Ng also interests in flower arrangement too.
Lau Tsun Ling 劉峻崚 studied at Diocesan Boys' College and graduated with a Master's degree in Sports Science at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. At the age of 13, he had already joined the Hong Kong triathlon team. He is still actively striving for his personal Hong Kong ranking in both triathlon and long-distance running, in order to have a chance to represent Hong Kong in international competitions. In addition to being an athlete, he was also a Hong Kong Paratriathlon Team Coach and an Athlete Guide for the vision impaired event. He is presently an Assistant Coach in the Hong Kong Sports Institute for the triathlon team. He recently started his own YouTube channel to promote triathlon and long-distance running to the general public. It surprised some people that Lau Tsun Ling has been studying and practising milk texturing and latte art pouring.
